TATTOO APPRENTICE
Art has been a part of my life since being just a little child. As I saw more and more tattoos as a kid I was drawn to it. The life of a tattoo fascinates me, from its creation to its aging.
After being an art teacher for a few years I decided to move on and finally take this journey in tattooing. To explore the limits to my creativity and create art that grows with the person.
My priority is to give my clients a safe and inviting place where they can be themselves, be heard and feel comfortable. I want to turn their vision into reality, working collaboratively with my clients to turn a thought into a piece of art.
As I continue to explore new styles of tattooing, I have come to to love working with color. Gravitating to Neo-trad and Illustrative styles and look forward to exploring what else my apprenticeship leads me to.
Tattoo Inquiries
Mel is a tattoo apprentice at Ink Me Tattoos. To ensure a smooth booking process and respect everyone’s time, the following policies apply:
Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to book any appointment with Jared.
- Deposit amounts are set by Jared based on the tattoo and appointment details.
- Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the tattoo.
- Deposits secure your appointment date and time.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
- Only one reschedule is permitted per appointment.
- Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
- No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.
Deal Day Tattoos
- Mel does participate in Deal Day tattoos.
- Deal Day tattoos must follow all Ink Me Deal Day rules, including size, design, and customization limitations.
- Deal Day tattoos are non-custom unless otherwise stated.
Deal Day VIP Option
- Clients may choose a VIP Deal Day option to avoid wait times.
- VIP Deal Day bookings include a $10 fee added to the cost of the Deal Day tattoo.
- VIP Deal Day tattoos must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- VIP bookings secure priority scheduling and eliminate wait times.
Appointments & Availability
- Monday through Saturday.
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
- Walk-ins are welcome when time permits but are not guaranteed.
Apprentice Disclaimer
- Mel is actively training and developing his skills under the supervision and standards of the Ink Me Tattoos team.
- Tattoo times may vary, and patience is appreciated to ensure quality and safety.
- Ink Me Tattoos oversees apprentice work to maintain shop standards and client care.
General Policies
- Clients must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
- Late arrivals may result in rescheduling and possible deposit forfeiture.
- Design and placement details are finalized at the appointment.
